Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Sir TV mobile application and website at sirtv.pro. By downloading, installing, or using Sir TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sir TV, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Sir TV is a football scores and statistics application that provides live scores, fixtures, results, standings, match events, lineups, statistics, team and player information, and related football data.

Important: Sir TV does not provide live streaming, IPTV services, television channels, movies, video playback, or copyrighted broadcasts of any kind.

3. Subscriptions & Premium

Sir TV offers a free tier with optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features including:

  • Advanced match statistics
  • Unlimited favorites
  • Live goal notifications
  • Ad-free experience
  • Priority support

Premium plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Features and pricing are displayed in the app and may change with notice.

4. Payments

All payments for Sir TV Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store via StoreKit. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5. RevenueCat

Subscription management and entitlement verification are handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes subscription status data linked to your Apple ID to manage your Premium access. RevenueCat does not process payment directly — all financial transactions are handled by Apple.

6. StoreKit

Sir TV uses Apple's StoreKit framework for all in-app purchases. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of Sir TV through the App Store.

7. User Responsibilities

When using Sir TV, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Not use the app to distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute app data for commercial purposes without permission
  • Not misrepresent Sir TV as a streaming, IPTV, or broadcast service
  • Provide accurate information when contacting support

8. Disclaimer

Sir TV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Football data will be accurate, complete, or up to date at all times
  • Results obtained from the app will meet your requirements

Football scores and statistics are sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, Sir TV is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions in match data. Do not rely on Sir TV for betting, gambling, or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sir TV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within Sir TV are owned by Sir TV or its licensors. Team logos, league badges, and competition names displayed in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Sir TV content without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sir TV at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using Sir TV at any time by deleting the application from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use Sir TV ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) shall survive.

12. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:

Apple determines refund eligibility according to their policies. Sir TV does not process refunds directly. For subscription issues, you may also contact us at support@sirtv.pro and we will assist where possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Sir TV after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
